Behavioral Health Services
A place where transformation begins from the inside out.
At Changing Hearts, we walk beside individuals on a sacred journey to reclaim sobriety, restore dignity, and rebuild lives through structured, compassionate care. Founded in 2023, our mission is to create lasting change by supporting adults facing substance use disorders with real tools, real support, and real hope.
"Change the beat. Change the behavior. Change the life."
Changing Hearts' mission is to advocate and help educate the nature of mental health, substance abuse, and addiction to all individuals in our community. Changing Hearts is committed to providing recovery support services to individuals and families seeking help with addiction. We treat each individual with love and respect, offering a personalized, structured path to recovery in the real world.
"Change the beat. Change the behavior. Change the life."
At Changing Hearts, we believe true recovery begins when we learn to listen to the rhythm of our lives—and make the decision to change the beat. We understand that addiction thrives in cycles of pain, avoidance, and self-doubt. However, we are here to break those cycles by facing our past without allowing it to define us.
We acknowledge that healing comes from acceptance, not avoidance. We will not dwell on our mistakes, but we will learn from them. We are prepared to explore the behaviors, beliefs, and patterns that led us here—and build new ones based on honesty, accountability, and self-love.
At Changing Hearts, we're not just working on sobriety—we're becoming whole again.
At Changing Hearts Behavioral Health Services, our person-centered philosophy is demonstrated by leadership and personnel and guides service delivery across all programs and levels of care.
We are committed to providing an environment that promotes:
Supporting individuals in gaining confidence, skills, and active involvement in their services
Fostering trust, engagement, and therapeutic alliance between individuals, staff, and support systems
Ensuring services are organized, accessible, and responsive to individual needs, preferences, and goals
Encouraging a balance of independence and supportive connections within the community and recovery network
Honoring individual rights, preferences, culture, and values in all aspects of care
Treating all individuals with respect, fairness, and compassion
Supporting individuals in making informed decisions and directing their own recovery process
This philosophy is integrated into all aspects of service delivery, including assessment, treatment planning, service implementation, and discharge planning, ensuring that care remains individualized, culturally responsive, and focused on positive outcomes.
